Welcome to Sweetevilspree.com. It is imperative that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions before you make your purchase(s). We hope that the information we provided below has made your shopping experience with us a pleasant and enjoyable one. Through procuring our products and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them. If you have a particular query, feel free to contact us here. We will revert within the next 24 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays).

General

As we continue to develop our Website, we may from time to time, modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions. Your use of our Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

Pricing Policy:
- All prices stated on our Website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars.
- For international customers purchasing from other countries of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Products Policy:
- All items listed on the Website are 100% authentic, brand new with tags and or sealed.
- We have made every effort to display accurately the color of the products depicted on this Website. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual colors displayed on your monitor are accurate.

Shipping

All items purchased through Sweetevilspree are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

Sweetevilspree will not be held liable for the following (including but not limited to):
1. any defects, wrong sizes/colour/item sent by the respective merchant.
2. any loss parcels/damaged items sent through normal/regular postage.
3. missing parcels during shipment.

In the unlikely case of such unfortunate circumstances, we will bring up the insurance claim for insured shipping and also communicate with the relevant parties to resolve the matter.

The time taken for the parcel to reach us will take about 9-12 business days after we place the order with the respective merchant. However, this is only an estimate as there is a possibility for delays during shipping. Please join only if you are comfortable waiting. All sprees might take up to 4weeks. Do check with us if you have an urgent order.

Payment

Sweetevilspree aims to verify all internet-banking payment efficiently. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Sweetevilspree to process his/her order. Sweetevilspree will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we are unable to verify payments, Sweetevilspree would require assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can. 

By placing an order and making payment, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. There will not be any changes or cancellations allowed once we have placed the order with the merchant. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertise on the respective merchant's website are subject to such changes.

Delivery

Combining postage is to be informed via email prior to the arrival of items. Please state clearly which spree you wish to combine. We regret that once items have been packaged, combining postage isn't an option. If any oversight on our part to combine your postage even after you've informed via the correct way, Sweetevilspree will be in no way liable as combining postage is a favour and should never be taken for granted. Shoppers would still have to bear the cost of the postage and no alternative would be offered.

All packages are packed in envelope, sealed with scotch tape and marker written for name and address
- If items are unable to fit into the biggest size envelope (A3), it would be wrapped in brown paper. Items that doesn't come with plastic wrapping will be wrapped as it is unless shoppers have special requests
- For special wrappings such as boxes and bubblewrap, please expect delays of up to 5 working days for your items to be sent out. Sweetevilspree will NOT be held liable if the package arrive to you damage and or torn. If you're worried about that happening, please email us prior to spree arrival to get your items packed in SingPost PostPac boxes.

Exchanges/Returns

An exchange can be requested only if delivered item is defective. Incidents such as defective items and unmatched orders may happen. However, the occurrences of such incidents are kept at its minimum. Exchanges for items ordered via sprees are entitled to be exchanged if the item is found to be defective. We will send your item back to the spree merchant from which the item was ordered upon request on your behalf. However, all freight and shipping are to be bourne by you. In the event where such unfortunate incidents do happen upon you, we have a systematic process to resolve them. 

You can return defective items within 7 days of receipt for an exchange in different size or colour should the original item is not available.

Guidelines for an exchange:
1) Take a picture of the defective item.
2) Use an image editor to circle the defective area on the item.
3) Send an email to sweetevilspree@gmail.com with following details in your email:

    a) Item code or name
    b) Attach photo of defective item
    c) Brief description of the defective item or unmatched item
    d) State what item you wanted to replace with

In all cases, Sweetevilspree only accepts return on items that are unused and must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box and tag. All goods will be inspected on return. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be offered for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our place. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Sweetevilspree will not be held liable for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend that you use registered mail for the goods you are returning. Registered mail is highly encouraged to prevent any lost of normal mails.

Sweetevilspree reserves the right to reject a transaction and or customer at our own discretion. Sweetevilspree also reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any given time. By joining Sweetevilspree, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms and Conditions stated.
